ordering.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You'll receive an order confirmation by email — this is your receipt, not acceptance of the order. The order is accepted when we dispatch your products.

pricing.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a clear error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

subscriptions.

Our Subscribe & Save plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. You'll be charged on the same date each month and your order will be dispatched automatically.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellations take effect immediately — but any orders already processed will still be dispatched.

products.

Sproote products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your GP before starting any new supplement if you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

We make every effort to display product details and images accurately, but slight variations may occur. Always check the label before use.
