shipping

where we ship

We currently ship to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. International shipping is coming soon.

delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.

shipping costs

  • Subscribe & Save orders: FREE delivery, every time.
  • One-time orders over £25: FREE delivery.
  • One-time orders under £25: £2.99 delivery.

tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received one within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or get in touch.

missed deliveries

If you're not in when your parcel arrives, our courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or local collection. You can also manage your delivery through the tracking link.

returns, refunds & satisfaction guarantee

your legal rights

These always apply. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a refund, replacement or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — just contact us and we'll put it right at no cost to you.

changed your mind

If you bought online and simply change your mind, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and to return it within 14 days of telling us.

Because our supplements are sealed for health and hygiene reasons, this change-of-mind return only applies to pouches that are still sealed and unopened. Once a pouch's seal is broken it can't be returned for a change of mind — but your faulty-goods rights above still apply, as does our satisfaction guarantee below.

To return an unopened item, email info@sproote.co.uk with your order number within 14 days. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility. We'll refund the product price (and standard delivery where applicable) within 14 days of receiving the goods back in saleable condition.

our 30-day satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our products with a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This is a goodwill promise on top of your legal rights, not a replacement for them.

If you've taken Sproote daily for 30 days and genuinely feel no benefit, email info@sproote.co.uk with your order number and we'll refund you. To keep this fair and sustainable as a small independent brand, the guarantee works as follows:

  • It covers the price of one pouch (a single unit).
  • It can be claimed once per customer.
  • On multi-pouch orders (such as Stock Up & Save) and subscriptions, it applies to your first pouch only — additional pouches and future deliveries aren't covered.
  • Where free gifts were included (such as the wellness guide or a free pouch), the refund is of the product price paid, less the value of any free item kept.

You don't need to return opened pouches to claim the guarantee.

subscriptions

You're in control of your subscription at all times. You can skip, pause, change or cancel from your account, or by emailing info@sproote.co.uk — no phone calls, no forms. Changes apply to your next order as long as they're made before it's processed.

  • Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your first order only.
  • You can cancel future deliveries at any time — there's no minimum term and no lock-in.
